Hori-Hori is Japanese for “Dig-Dig”, and that’s just what this knife was designed to do. Beveled for shoveling and serrated for sawing, it can be used to dig, weed, transplant, divide perennials and more. Manufactured from the highest quality rust-resistant Swedish stainless steel. The blade is engineered for a lifetime of use. The 6″ stainless steel blade has dual edges: a tapered slicing edge, plus a deeply serrated edge for root cutting.
